As folks are looking for assorted livetweet threads about #MooreVHarper – the current SCOTUS case that will officially usher in the Independent State Legislature theory as settled law – just wanted to remind y'all about our #LawTwitter MegaList here:

I think it's a "will" with this SCOTUS, and probably 5-4
(With the obligatory disclaimer that ISL is insane as a legal theory, and I hope I'm wrong on SCOTUS buying it. @BlackFish775)
IMO Roberts will be a no. It's the other 5 I'd expect to play along

Could also see it going 7-2 the other way (Thomas + Gorsuch in the minority), but we'll see

Y'all I have had such a fun time in Philly so far
Good friend from undergrad took me on a walking+eating tour of several different areas last night

Had the thing at UPenn today that was 🔥🔥🔥

Hit Reading Terminal Market for early dinner and now heading back

Got to try out the regional rail and the trolley (and a Lyft 😂)
My only complaints:

➡️ Deciphering SEPTA isn't easy for those of us who don't have robust public transit systems

➡️ Broccoli rabe is an awful food

If I were a gambling man, I'd bet we lose on this initial appeal with a 2-1 split. But on en banc review, I think we have a good shot

If we won then, no need for SCOTUS appeal

Where would one go to purchase a men's pea coat?

Burlington Coat Factory has been my go-to for eons, but pretty much everything these days is that plastic puffy sh*t 😔

("Get off my lawn" etc etc)
First gift the now-Mrs ever got me was a very nice coat from BCF

But that was back in 2007

And I've refused to upgrade, instead taking this one in to get sewn up on multiple occasions 😂

I'm hoping to avoid ordering online, because I head to Philadelphia on Tuesday 😂
