The facts in the 303 case were stipulated, meaning both sides agreed to them and the Court is required to take them as true for purposes of making its decision

1/ You can have a judgment set aside under Rule 60(b)(2) for "newly discovered evidence that, with reasonable diligence, could not have been discovered"

But – as the media coverage shows – that evidence *could* have been discovered with reasonable diligence

As entertaining as this would be, Reynolds v Sims (377 US 533 (1964)) ruled this out more than half a century ago -- a case about this very thing

I've said a few times now that DeKlantis is less of a threat than Trump, because he has the personality of a turnip and no one likes him except the people who get paid for liking him
