CAMP HOPE SWEEP LOOMING? Earlier this week, law enforcement in #Spokane entered the state’s largest homeless encampment unannounced and handed out fliers saying: “THIS CAMP IS TO BE CLOSED.” But no firm date. In response, there’s now a restraining order filed by campers.
