🚨🧵: This week, our Oversight Project released shocking new details about who's helping the Biden administration transport record numbers of illegal aliens across the country...#BidenBorderCrisis

The Project obtained commercially available cell phone data from more than 30,000 devices which pinged at the physical locations of nearly 3 dozen NGO facilities in border states in January 2022.

We then tracked where those phones ended up. The results were shocking.

The investigation's largest phase included 22,000 unique devices, which pinged at one of 20 NGO facilities in TX/AZ/CA.

Those facilities are shown here:

Those 22,000 phones later pinged from 431 out of 435 congressional districts.

Of the 52 congressional districts with the highest density of devices, *71%* were Republican congressional districts.

In another sample of just 5,000 phones from NGOs directly on the border, we later saw those phones ping in ALL BUT ONE congressional district.

And of 3,400 phones that pinged from just a single NGO in Texas, Catholic Charities of the Rio Grande Valley, those phones later pinged in 433 of 435 congressional districts.

The evidence is clear--NGOs are helping facilitate the #BidenBorderCrisis. Overflow from Border Patrol is being transferred to these organizations so DHS avoids overcrowded facilities and national embarrassment.

This proof shows every state is now a border state.

This absolutely has to end. We will never stop the crisis and secure our border as long as open-borders advocates, both inside and outside the Biden administration, continue this behavior.

The next Congress must investigate this and defund those supporting it.

Social media companies were created to give every user a voice in the public square, but because of special privileges granted to them under Section 230 of the 1996 Communications Decency Act many are being censored while Big Tech companies remain immune from the consequences.

The House of Representatives is considering the “EAGLE Act,” a bill that would eliminate long-standing caps on the number of individuals who can receive visas every year to legally enter the United States.

The bill will activate the federal bureaucracy to disproportionately favor Chinese nationals filing visa applications, including members of the Chinese Communist Party, and make it easier for them to gain access to permanent residence in the United States.

There’s a LOT to unpack within the final FY 2023 NDAA — America’s annual spending bill for national defense.

Here’s a quick rundown highlighting some of the good and the bad within it 🧵🔽

THE GOOD:
✅ Increased top-line for defense spending
✅ Removal of some Woke language and initiatives
✅ Better cooperation with Taiwan against China
✅ Vaccine mandate lifted for military
✅ Protects women from draft registration
✅ Increased accountability for Ukraine aid

THE BAD:
❌Doesn't ban taxpayer-funded travel for abortions
❌Still forces initiatives focused on divisive, left-wing interpretations of diversity & gender identity
❌Weakens the ban on U.S. govt. use of Chinese-made semiconductors (found in telecoms and surveillance equipment)

Spending bills should reflect the priorities of the American people as demonstrated by their vote in the recent election.

The current Congress should pass a short-term CR and leave the newly elected Congress to craft spending.

It would be wildly unfair for a lame-duck Congress, many of whose members are retiring or were just voted out of office, to ram through a massive spending bill that locks in the Biden-Pelosi agenda until next fall.

❓SENATE AMNESTY PACKAGE❓

Senators Thom Tillis and Kyrsten Sinema have reportedly circulated a draft proposal on Capitol Hill that would provide amnesty to millions of illegal aliens in the lame-duck session of Congress. 🧵🔽

The proposal tries to soften opposition to this amnesty by throwing money at the Border Patrol to ‘speed up processing of asylum seekers’ and hire more Border Patrol agents.

But the problem is not lack of funding, or lack of agents—it is an administration that has undone effective border security policies and replaced them with an open-borders agenda that has sparked the worst border crisis in our history.
