Let's first look at guidance related to MERs from 2019.

Read through the recommendations.

Wash hands, throw tissues out, don't touch your eyes, mouth, etc.

Pretty standard scientific recommendations pre-covid.

Now, if you look at the recent releases from the WHO, Cleveland Clinic and the CDC it paints a completely new, picture of how serious the virus is and how strict the recommendations should be.

They started laying the groundwork earlier this year.

Now, let's look at the recommendations for Prevention and Treatment in 2022.

Both the CDC and the Cleveland Clinic now recommend quarantine and masking.

The justification for another lockdown begins to emerge.

Here is the CDC's new recommendations, which align with the Cleveland Clinic's recommendations.

They even include Monitoring and Movement Guidance.

Add the very publicized death of a sports reporter covering the World Cup in the Middle East. Where many who have traveled to attend will soon be returning to their countries.

It seems like a familiar picture is emerging.
