3/ CSASPP filed Notice of Civil Claim on January 26, 2021 against Dr. Bonnie Henry and the Province of BC. They claim the province did not meet conditions to declare a state of emergency under the Emergency Program Act, there was no emergency, and everything was a lie.
4/ Proof of the lie includes this statement: between Jan 1, 2020 and Mar 31, 2020, there were only 3 COVID deaths in BC. WHO didn't declare a pandemic until March 11, 2020. DBH declared a public health emergency on Mar 17, 2020 & BC declared a state of emergency on Mar 18, 2020.
