👉🏼Need clear liquids 24 hrs+
(longer if bad preps)

Stock up:
🥤Juice (apple/white grape)
🥤Non-fatty broth
🥤Jello, popsicles (no red)
🥤Sports drinks
🥤Coffee, tea

*also wet wipes* (later)

A “fav” of mine:
👉🏼Bone broth w/protein

Why read instructions a week before? (4/10)

🩸On blood thinners?
🩸Check if/when to hold

🌾 Eat high fiber diet?
🌾 Decrease up to 5-7 days

🥜 Hold seeds, shells, skins
🍞 Hold wheat, pulp, roughage
