The tape depicts Commissioner Amin giving a thorough report to his boss,@Laftagareen, following a deadly crack against the opposition in #Baidoa, the capital city of #Bay region. #Somalia 
Further, Pol Commander Amin Mohamed vehemently confesses that he will shoot down any plane carrying the opposition to the city. This backs @Laftagareen's recent directives to state security forces in #Baidoa Airport, ordering the use of military force to block civilian airplanes.
"No plane can land in #Baidoa without my full blessings", Commander Amin insists during the phone call as @Laftagareen chuckles in the background. "I make their airplanes fall from the sky like 9/11" Commander Amin adds referring to the civilian planes carrying the opposition.

"We are aware of the residential properties rented by the opposition and are under constant surveillance", says Pol Commander Amin as he further drops individual names of the opposition figures. For instance, he mentioned @farkeeti whose house was raided by the state forces.
Bay region Police Commissioner, Amin Mohamed, was appointed by @SoPoliceForce in the year 2022 as he quickly rose to the high-ranking police post. Prior to his appointment, commander Amin was a foot soldier to his predecessor, the controversial Gen Mahad who is currently a Fed MP
Initial complaints against Commander Amin were filled in @SoPoliceForce but legal actions are yet to be taken against the renegade Pol Com, both in prior and post-current Fed administration led by Prez @HassanSMohamud as the jurisdiction of the forces fall under the Fed level.
