I like how in college my goal was “how can I do everyday stealth steampunk and fly under the radar while looking fancy” and now my goal is “fuck it, how can I do 2022!tang aesthetics, and how loudly can I do it before I get mistaken for cosplay or get rude comments”

amazingly enough, the only person who has ever commented on my full face makeup is my brother, who was just “*points* what’s that” 😂 I haven’t even gotten a single COMMENT from a stranger on it, let alone a rude one! I don’t even get weird looks!!!!

the only time I noticed anyone staring was when I was walking to an art gallery in DTLA alone at night and a couple guys closing a restaurant and sweeping the sidewalk just sort of Stared, but I think that’s just cuz I looked hot.
