You've in fact ensured that girls are denied opportunities because of who they are, because the basis for their oppression is materialist, their bodies.

2/ To do this one has to adopt a catechism of misogyny the depth of which is so abyssal no light can penetrate to the lows you've sunk to. You entertain the bourgeois/luxury belief that a woman is a surgical/legal construct. See below: (my thanks to #so-over for the image)

3/ Perhaps most importantly, what you've really done here is this.

You've said to every girl who is on the borderline of qualifying for that track or swim team "don't bother", "don't train".

Our righteous project is better than your hard work or you dedicating yourself.

4/ You've thus blunted and quashed female faith in the power of achievement, the strength of discipline, the practice of dedication.

If you try, (and please do), to see it in such terms maybe you'll wake from this nightmare you dream for us

5/ Maybe you'll reflect that only an anti-woman hate group lost in nightmare would crush dreams. Maybe you'll be shocked at that paradox of claiming civil rights victories which simultaneously achieving the opposite.

6/ And maybe not. But know this.

Your well funded and publicised privileged court cases pale into insignificance contrasted against the determination and strength of a 14 year old girl trying to make a swim or track team who you are now stacking the odds against.
