It throws money (to the tune of $234M) at state and local detention facilities to collect alien info and provide it to the feds, even though the administration already prohibits ICE from enforcing laws or cooperating with state and local law enforcement regarding criminal aliens.

It gives $20M to FEMA-Federal Assistance for the Alternatives to Detention Case Management pilot program.

This allows the left to gut actual detention while using the façade of detention without tracking the aliens (and also giving even more money to their NGO friends).

CBP has to transfer $800M to FEMA-Federal for “sheltering & related activities provided by non-Federal entities — including facility improvements and construction” to back up short-term CBP holding facilities that have become overcrowded.

Requires CBP to transport unaccompanied minors, (which the Biden admin continues to entice to cross the border illegally and unaccompanied because section 235 of the Dems’ Trafficking Victims Protection Reauthorization Act of 2008 showers them with immigration benefits).

$4.2B to ICE for enforcement, detention, and removal operations, including more transportation of unaccompanied alien minors.

$11.2M to ICE to fund or reimburse other federal agencies for the costs associated with the care, maintenance, and repatriation of smuggled aliens unlawfully present in the U.S.

Most of the aliens illegally crossing the border are smuggled. How is ICE supposed to discern this?

Extends a prohibition on using funds for fencing construction along certain areas of the border.

In addition to money CBP would already be transferring to FEMA for caring for illegal aliens, FEMA directly receives $130M from Congress for the aliens’ food and shelter.

$25M to USCIS’ “Citizenship and Integration Grant Program.” Many of the same NGOs getting grant money to process illegal immigrants receive this USCIS grant money.

Congress keeps increasing this pot of money. For years, Congress gave $10M, last year it was $20M, Now its $25M.

This out of control spending needs to end.

Congress needs to stop funding these Biden mass parole-NGO processing and transportation border operations.
