Today In UFO History - Christmas Eve / Multiple Witness / Downed Object?
December 24, 1979 - Estacada, Oregon
1/Several residents had recently reported seeing UFOs in an area between the Barton Store and the intersection of Highways 224 and 211.

2/Charles Woods, a former military aviator and flight engineer, said an object he saw "had properties unlike anything he had seen during his 4,000 hours of military flying." Several other residents also reported seeing several red lights in a "V" formation. Additionally,

3/residents reported seeing a plane crash, yet more than 40 volunteers from the Boring Fire department found no trace of any downed aircraft after hours of searching.
