THREAD: Good morning! As you can probably tell, eggnog won. But that’s ok, because today is a very special day. It’s my Mom’s birthday. My mom is probably the most supportive and awesome mom there is, and she runs the family market, where all of us go when we run out of things.
I have always been a little, how shall we say it, extra and difficult, and my mom has ALWAYS been there for me, no matter what. And, as we’ve gotten older, we’ve become what I always hoped — we truly are best friends. The love I have for my mom can’t be placed in tweets.
One year, before I was suspended, we got #MamaBeanz trending on Twitter for her birthday, and while I doubt that will happen again, I still wanted to wish her the HAPPIEST of birthdays today. I’ll be playing cards and spending time with my mama today. ❤️
Mom, the world wouldn’t be the same without you. You are an absolute gem, I love you SO MUCH, and HAPPY BIRTHDAY. If it weren’t for you, I wouldn’t be me. ❤️
THREAD: The defendants in this case (Biden admin and various officials) don’t want video depositions to be public once they are part of the record. The judge already ruled that private info like addresses will be redacted. They filed again asking him to deal them.
The Plaintiffs want to be able to release them in the interest of transparency. The government claims officials are being threatened or could be and so they shouldn’t be public. This time, they included ONE nasty email from someone.
It’s interesting, I get worse emails from the left on the daily, but you don’t see me whining and crying about it. Anyway, this was before the judge AGAIN, and AGAIN he ruled in favor of transparency and the Plaintiffs. This case is amazing.
THREAD: After reading this judges order in detail, it is a useless exercise to try to counter it with evidence, because he didn’t use any to come to his decision. What an absolute disgrace it truly is. clerkofcourt.maricopa.gov/home/showpubli…
So, instead, lets talk about what the order DID NOT address, which is much more indicative of willful ignorance on the part of the judge, who even was stunned at some of what was presented, as evidenced by his reaction in open court. How you leave any of this out is beyond me.
For the purposes of this thread we are going to use the judges interpretation of the law, which as @barnes_law points out, is inherently flawed. I know @KariLake attorneys are working on the appeal now. I am NOT an attorney, but I am going to give it a go.
THREAD:It’s impossible to stop politicizing something that was overtly political in nature. If you want to understand the truth, you MUST discuss the “why”. Transparency means shit if you don’t get to the heart of the matter. The entire population was enslaved. That’s political.
Casting aside the overt control mechanism over the worlds population (do you really think they didn’t KNOW they were peddling BS??) COVID decimated US elections - by design. If you don’t want to talk about any of this and give a pass, you will never get to the heart.
COVID was weaponized as a political tool for DOZENS of reasons, and anyone who won’t explore that doesn’t really want to know the “why.” I will explore it. It affected every single human being both born and unborn on EARTH. Transparency depends on an honest review.
THREAD: There’s a problem. The original release of this did say January of 2022. But they updated it to read December. It’s just a typo. Really bad mistake. I’ll explain. But stop attacking @bennyjohnson - he didn’t do anything wrong and prob. isn’t glued to socials.
THREAD: I am going to give you my assessment of the trial today, because it was really something to behold. The Lake team did an absolutely PHENOMENAL job, as did the expert witnesses.
In the hearing on the motion to dismiss, the judge took time to schedule these hearings, and heard from both the Plaintiff and the defense on time. Plaintiff asked for 3 days of trial. The judge granted two, and kept it that way because he dismissed 8 of the 10 counts.
Understand that keeping time the way they did today is common practice. Each side gets a certain allotment of time they can use. The judge wants at least 5 days to come to a decision, hence the two day limit.
THREAD: Update on the @KariLake case. What I am about to show you is the only document filed on the official court docket in the Lake case today, 12/20. They are very slow in getting things up to speed in my brief experience, but I find this filing very interesting, esp. 2.
Here is the filing. It’s letting the court know they intend to introduce hearsay evidence through two witnesses tomorrow.
