Don't forget that @BrianKempGA divorced himself from the @GaRepublicans in his race. Which never made sense. And on a local level, I can tell you that his absence made a difference. I live in Cobb. Kemp didn't want to have anything to do with @cobbgop
1
Let's go back to 2020. @JasonShepherd signed onto the Sidney Powell lawsuit.
At the time we had high trust with Sidney, and we now know that that case was garbage. He didn't sign onto the Trump case. Why?
That case was considered the best
2
In the nation. It was NEVER given hearing. Thus, the famous "phone call" that Fanni Willis is "investigating" @DavidShafer put his name on the line.
Fast forward to the 2021 Convention. @JasonShepherd challenged @DavidShafer for chair of the Ga Gop. Full disclosure..
3
I voted for neither in that election..
The majority of the @cobbgop did not vote for Jason either, and he has seemed to hold a grudge since then. He runs to the press at every single opportunity to bad mouth current leadership. Which is a shame.
4/
Not only did he encourage his followers to NOT participate in the @cobbgop he encouraged them to seek other options. Especially after the Cobb GOP censured @GovKemp in the fall of 2021. Why was he censured? Because he didn't fulfill his promise on immigration.
5/
Since that censure, the GA GOPe, including Jason and Gov Kemp refused to work with our county. Gov Kemp even went so far as to say he wouldn't work with the GA GOP in his reelection bid. No coordination. No working together
What was the cost of that decision?
6/
We were told that the new redistricting would ensure that Cobb would have majority GOP representation at state level. That didn't happen. Kemp had no coattails in Cobb.
When the former Cobb GOP Chair runs to the press to badmouth the current GOP chair, it has an effect.,
7/
When the Governor refuses to coordinate appearances with the local GOP it has a shaping effect.
When the Governor refuses to campaign with Herschel in Cobb it has an effect.
8/
For goodness sakes, the night before the November election they had rallies less than a mile apart and less than an hour apart and didn't appear on stage together. That sends a message.
9/
I keep going back to the November numbers
For Kemp- 100k less than what turned out in the runoff in 2021. That is the difference for Herschel
Mitch tasked Kemp to turnout voters for Herschel in the runoff. BC of his "data op"
Spilling tea here,
10/
500k new voters have registered since 2018. Kemp won by less than 20k over 2018. That is a big differential. A lot of people stayed home.
11/
They didn't think he would win. Multiple convos before during and after confirm this. I was given "data" for my precinct the Sat b4 the election to reach out to voters that had NOT voted early. Everyone I reached out to HAD already voted early.
Compare that to the Ds data.
12/
They knew who to target in real time that had not voted. I was told that we had "lag time" in our data. That is not acceptable
So, Why do I amplify this?
There is a Uniparty at play.
We know it is national. But we also know it is statewide as well. Kemp is NOT a hero.
13
They also thought they had a chance against Sanford Bishop. The largest lag between 2018 and 2022 was in his district. Psst. Guess who came to GA in 2018 to get out the vote the weekend before the election. Also in the mountains before the 2021 vote,,,
14
They ALL wanted him to stay away in 2022.
Circling back to the original tweet in the thread.
Kemp didn't win Cobb County. We increased his margin, but he had zero coattails. He chose not to campaign with solid challengers and instead went for status quo.
15
So many other anecdotal references to document I will if the GA GOPe keeps pushing.
Trying to understand something. @KurtSchlichter and @AmandaMilius focus on @GOP failures in NV in 2020 because they were there. They ignore what happened in GA after the election. @PatrickJWitt outlined the failures there in multiple interviews.
And the GA case was considered
1.
The best case in the nation in 2020. @MZHemingway documented that in her book Rigged. @ProfMJCleveland has documented how the case was solid. And @GabrielSterling said NBD
And Trump is being "prosecuted" in GA for his "phone call" in GA.
I would like to see you interview..
2.
The GOP/RNC is designed to be a bottom up organization, not a top down organization.
We hear a lot about 'grassroots' in the GOP. The DNC doesn't use that term, we do. Why?
Let's look at how we are structured as a party.
1.
This is how the GOP is structured per my county handbook.
Let's start by defining grassroots.
They are the volunteers who are not precinct officers.
Block captains, door knockers, donors, phone bankers, etc.
They volunteer to help when they can
Next is the precincts. 2.
The precinct officers are more engaged volunteers. Each voting precinct has 4 officers. A chair, a vice chair, a secretary and treasurer. They are responsible for organizing their precinct by neighborhood and engaging volunteers in each neighborhood.
They are elected and...
3.
We need a FOIA request on Schedule F across all agencies.
It seems things came to a head at Twitter after that EO was posted, but I am interested to know what people were saying in the lead up to the release of the EO.
Look at the Timeline.
1.
10/14 Hunter laptop ban
10/19 FBI tells Twitter to put the mailin ballots are safe and secure label on tweets
10/19 Durham 'secretly' appointed Special Counsel
10/21 Schedule F EO released.
That EO was a MOAB to the administrative state.
What did they know about it and when?
2.
We know from Adam Lovinger that he saw communications regarding his own and other's take down that everything is documented on those servers because he saw it.
Bureaucrats document everything to CYA. Their hope is that the PTB will not release their internal deliberations.

🧵
I want to share some thoughts from my experiences over the past couple of days.
I attended 3 political events over the past 36 hours. @TeamHerschel/ Nikki Haley rally
Frontline Policy gala/keynote speaker- Mike Pompeo @cobbgop breakfast this morning.
1/
I would not vote for Haley or Pompeo in a primary.
But, I appreciate the fact that they are team players.
Nikki is going across the country to speak to different audiences to try and coalesce voters around our candidates. Even the ones she did not support in the Primaries.
2/
She speaks to the GOPe.
Pompeo is going around and stumping for candidates. Even the ones he didn't support in the Primaries.
Why are they doing this?
Because they know how bad our opponents are.
This morning at our breakfast, we had several of the candidates speak.
3/
🧵In light of what we learned last week regarding FBI agents visiting FB to warn them about a possible misinformation/propaganda campaign being sent out to affect the election, and the fact that we know the same players are running the current "Trump" investigation..
1/
I want to remind you about an event that occurred in October 2019. It was a panel discussion at George Mason University's Hayden Center.
The panelists were Brennan, Morrell, McLaughlin and McCabe. The topic was US Intelligence and Election Security.
2/
When I watched it at the time, I was so struck by their hubris. Especially with what little that we knew at the time regarding Russiagate, and it is even more startling now that we have learned so much more.
This is post Mueller report, but
