The years you have are a privilege. You are wasting them away on addiction, uselessness, lethargy, procrastination and waste. You are guilty of one sin. The mother of all sins. Inattention. You don't pay attention to the only thing you have, Your life.
Look at you. How can you be content with a mediocre life devoid of reason or purpose? You are nothing more than a hollow shell. You live in a fantasy land in your head, while you fail to do what needs to be done in real life. Is this how you want to spend all life? In an illusion
You are anxious, depressed and unfulfilled. You hate to look in the mirror because you are in quiet misery hoping for a thread of an escape to latch on to. This isn't normal. Life is beautiful. Living is the greatest gift. You don't need to feel this way. It's time to change.
Right now your life is a mess. It is exactly the opposite of what you want it to be. Physically, mentally, and emotionally, you are nowhere close to your best. But it's not permanent. 30 days of dedication & promise is all it takes to build momentum in the right direction.

Accept your reality. Look in the damn mirror. You have a warped sense of reality due to the echo chambers you are trapped in. To start your journey the first thing you need is to introspect. Recognise your standing, and accept reality. You are only moving upward.
Point A and Point B.

Find out where you stand, Point A & fix where you want to reach, Point B. Every decision you make in your life alters the direction you will move towards. Maximize your effort on things that take you toward Point B in the shortest possible time
Write your script.

You know where you stand, you know where you want to reach. Now we define the HOW. You carve this out in stone. Your script is your guidebook. An outline designed to accomplish your goals. Split your 30 days into weekly & daily tasks. Go at them with honesty
You have goals and you have a plan.

Now what you need is disciplined action, accountability and consistency.

Start with one simple task, win it and get that hit of dopamine. Now use this to build momentum. Move on to the next task and the next..

Leave no room for idleness
Look at yourself from an outside perspective, as if you were being followed.

They call this meta-perception. Use that outside point of view to influence yourself.

If you were watching back the highlight reel of your life, would you be proud?

Stick to your script.
Every hero has allies, find yours. Build a circle around you that have values congruent with your mission. Give and take. Help them realise their potential on your journey to realise yours.

Climb two steps up the ladder and help your boys climb a couple. Brotherhood.
Employing this method will work wonders for you.

It will transform the trajectory of your life by introducing you to newer paradigms.

By simply looking at your life from a bird’s eye view,

You will be able to make the changes you need to rise and embrace your best self.
