Our knees naturally go over our toes in many different chaotic settings and a variety of everyday movements. Walking up/down stairs, sitting down to use the toilet, bending down to pick up things/children etc. Not to mention sports and martial arts, both chaotic settings that 1/5
will inevitably result in your knees going over your toes at some point. The idea that your knees shouldn't go over your toes comes from the alignment-obsessed fitness culture that is more concerned with aesthetics than function. If our knees are bound to go over 2/5
our toes in various chaotic settings, it's smart to train our knees to go over our toes safely and efficiently—in *controlled* settings. No, you shouldn't be doing full-blown sissy squats right off the bat, but there are many tasks & exercises to properly prepare your knees 3/5
so that they are capable of going over your toes without pain & injury. My teacher used to say, "There's no such thing as a bad movement, only unprepared bodies for certain movements." People who prep their knees in controlled settings experience much less 4/5
discomfort in chaotic settings where you aren't able to concentrate on "alignment." Kneesovertoesguy is a fantastic resource. So is the Ido Portal Method. For longevity and healthy movement, resilient knees will get you far. 5/5

We live in a female-dominated society. Women are much more likely to get a college/grad degree, excel in school, graduate top of the class. Women are MUCH less likely to die on the job, commit suicide, die/injured in war, be homeless, file for bankruptcy, go to prison, die young.
In their 20s (before they leave the workforce to raise kids), women earn more than their male counterparts and perform excellently at the office. In 2021, half of all new businesses were started by women. There is no such thing as a "gender wage gap."
Most things in society are created primarily for women and their interests—TV, movies, marketing campaigns, music, products, etc.

Our culture REWARDS women for degenerate, trashy behavior: aborting their babies, being fat, cheating on their husband, selling their body online.

A couple years ago I suffered from insomnia for 9 straight months. It was horrendous and I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy.

I took a deep dive into the science of sleep and learned a lot about how to achieve high-quality sleep.

5 things I did to transform my sleep forever:
1. I went to sleep and woke up at the same time every single day, weekday or weekend.

This is the #1 piece of advice from sleep experts across the board. It's the best way to regulate your sleep/wake cycle and allow your body to fully rest at night and be alert in the morning.
2. I increased daily sun exposure.

The sun is your #1 source of energy and the best way for your body to know when it's time to wind down and when it's time to be alert.

Americans spend 7% of their life outdoors. Public health orgs want you to fear the sun—DON'T LISTEN TO THEM

This clip from Savanah Hernandez reached nearly 1 million views and the anonymous account she shared it from has been wiped from Twitter.
As soon as her videos were going viral, Twitter wiped the account without any warning. @elonmusk this censorship is out of control. Image
This video was also going viral from the suspended account. This is what Twitter doesn’t want you to see.

The "you should've breastfed" response to the infant formula shortage is truly heinous. Why is it that so many of the "natural moms" tend to be the most self-righteous, insufferable, ignorant people on the planet?
Yes, I do believe that many of moms opt for formula bc they don't like the "inconvenience" of breastfeeding. This is disappointing. But there are also many moms out there who aren't physically able to breastfeed & need supplementation for their babies to survive.
Not to mention scenarios like adoption, NICU babies, etc that require formula for infants to live. And whatever your opinions on formula are, formula has saved millions of babies' lives, especially babies who live in remote areas of poverty and developing countries.

Men's hormone levels have a 24-hour cycle. Women's have a 28-day (roughly) cycle. This accounts for massive differences in how we function and thrive.

The 9-5 office grind was created perfectly for men's hormone cycle. Women naturally have a harder time adjusting to it. ImageImage
Men kick off the day with booming levels testosterone and cortisol. They're energetic, focused, and ready for work. In the afternoon their T levels drop slightly and they're in more of a mood to socialize (networking, meetings, happy hours, etc).
Women only get one spike of testosterone during ovulation.

This doesn't mean women shouldn't work the 9-5 grind but it does explain why so many women find it difficult to work this grind longterm & truly enjoy it. Not to mention general personality differences btwn men & women.

Mass amounts of Americans eat fast food every other day, drink copious amounts of soda, never see daylight, and sit in front of the TV for multiple hours—and they wonder why our country is sick, fat, depressed, and easily manipulated.
You don't need government-sanctioned healthcare. You need to clean up your life, care for your body, and take responsibility for your health.
Imagine the state of our country if the government and health organizations actually encouraged healthy eating, a clean lifestyle, and regular exercise and sun exposure—rather than pharmaceuticals and handouts.
