Despite my abundant land buying pre Full Game release, I did not score a C0 land plot with a structure available spot.

Then, like a Dunder head I refused to pay the inflated speculation prices of C0 structure plots, despite knowing I should have.

So if you find yourself in my shoes, it's ok, there is hope!

You have a couple options.

You can pay for the use of someone's Den...current cheapest Den on the market is around 230K $wool or roughly 4 ETH

Or you can team up with others and conquer. I went with the latter.

A fellow RE Investor buddy of mine @frommyplums and I both saw the awesome power that @wolfdotgame C0 land provides.

It is no different from the RE we buy IRL and then rent out to others to turn a profit!! 👇

We ended up market selling a @yugalabs #MAYC each to purchase a Peak 2 C0 structure deed for 26 ETH.

We then used in game assets that we have been farming with sheep, collecting with land and trading within the @wolfdotgame AMM, which is as good if not better than @Uniswap!

All in to buy the C0 and build a Den of our very own... 32 ETH.

Good 'ol TopNotch was smart and months ago secured an A7 breeding pair.

To breed requires 1000 $CHOPS which are procured through burning Sheep, or once again harvesting in-game resources, which we had done!

I want to talk about those $CHOPS real quick, because it is yet another of Shep's master strokes!

Thus far in the 6 days that Full Game has been released 270 Sheep (roughly 2.25% of the Sheep pop) have been burned to produce $CHOPS

Back to the shaggin of the wolves...

So roughly 0.82 ETH (1000 $CHOPS) spent & energy spent per parent, free from the Shep first go.

Full disclosure, to continue playing beyond this point energy will need to regenerate

The current cost to regen energy is hard to pin down, as there are so few bath houses erected (lol). At current levels though, putting aside 1.65 ETH per animal to regen fully (which will give us 2 breeds next shag).

Likely, this price will come down as more baths come online

Now we wait 40 days, which is interesting....wasn't it a certain someone who recently had a bday who fasted and...oh shit this isn't a religious bs post...Forgot where I was...CT 😌 SORRY

So 40 days of shaggin, man they must be tired after that ordeal...we have a brand new babe

Now there is tons of spec on Gen2 animal pricing.

However, considering the spicy prices paid for A7's leading up to Full @wolfdotgame (25+ ETH) we can assume with a fairly high probability that peeps want to get their hands on an A7, regardless of Generation 👇

Reason being, there are only 14 animals within @wolfdotgame that can kick an A7 out of a Sheep breeding barn.

It behoove players to have an A7 if they want to go around stealing NFT's bringing Shep's original novel mechanics alive

Shep has said since early days that Community is the way. We are all stronger together, and @wolfdotgame has been built with this at it's core.

This is not fake toxic positivity, or "wishful thinking"...this is IRL and happening before our eyes.

10 days to regen energy (we have already set our energy aside to regen the wolves)

Throw them back in the den. Re-up the 1000 $CHOPS (which we will have been farming for during the 1st breeding cycle) and in another 40 days BABY#2 😌

So we are now 90 days into @wolfdotgame Full Game

We have sold our second A7 for 15 ETH

36.12 ETH - Initial Build/Breed
0 ETH - 2nd breed costs farmed in-game

36.12 ETH cost basis
30 ETH Profit

83% return in 90 days and we still have the land deed to sell if we want.

By breed 3 or 140 days we are well in the black and the future looks bright...

Especially since @wolfdotgame and Shep's brilliance will be introducing ways for Wolves to die...
