Well, Before applying for Web3 Jobs,

DO THESE:

1. Ensure you have basic knowledge about the Internet and Intermediate knowledge about Blockchain Technology and Cryptocurrency. You can start learning about Blockchain here:

Take the Crypto Curious Course and everyother course you find there.

2. Master a Web3 Skill of your choice and build your career towards it. It could be Blockchain Development, Web3 Marketing, Content Creation and Moderation, Community Management, Cybersecurity and Blockchain Forensics, Blockchain Data Analysis, Game Development and many more.

3. Personal Branding; Have a portfolio, CV/Resumé, Cover Letter and Social media pages (especially LinkedIn and Twitter) that aligns with the kind of role you intend applying for. Google some CV and Cover Letter templates
I prefer using resume.io for Resumé building

4. Join Web3 Communities; Don't just be a member.
Contribute towards the goal of that community. Engage with their contents and connect with fellow community members. You can join @AlphaBlocksTech

5. Attend Tech Events and Conferences; Learn and social network with new people you meet, exchange contacts, take selfies. Your new connection could be your business partner in future or even your HR, Who knows? - Nobody Nose 😅

6. Follow as many HRs as possible, They do drop free information and their experience while Hiring.

You could learn a lot from staying around their social media.

Anytime you see it, DM them politely and ask for open roles available

° Shoot your shot

Look for New/Young projects/Start Ups and join their community platform. Find out their Leads and share with them what you can offer / Share Your Portfolio. If they need to fill in that gap then get ready for an interview Champ! 🥇
