Brother survived restrained at the asylum but died by restraints I'm a medical setting.
He went in for knee surgery. Restraints 4 Tube feeding, left him alone, he choked on his own vomit. He was coming home the next day. You don't expect it @

It always bothered me about those left behind at the institutions.
They have no voice.
Only by the grace of God was brother able to cone back home.
