#LetFreedomSing In trying to deracialise the Public Administration soon after Independence or post-Apartheid, we forget the twin dangers of class , ethnic and elite capture ....as well de-professionalisation . A less professional or more partisan public service is pre-occupied

#LetFreedomSing A less professional or political party partisan public service and Administration will be the main conduit through which political & personal battles to loot the public purse through bogus public tenders and supply chain capture happens . Politicians capture these

#LetFreedomSing Political Party Activists-cum-criminals capture urban and rural local government structures that are involved in issuing all sorts of commercial licenses,land allocation and permissions. These become monetised to benefit individuals, cartels & political parties

#LetFreedomSing At the end of the day you can change individuals around ,but if you leave the infrastructure for looting ( e.g. laws , policies and praxis) you're merely pressing a grand corruption "refresh button" . You need to overhaul this system of power , control & looting
