Ms. Lehman served on the board of the Save the Children Federation from 1962 until 1978. In 1976, after moving from New York to California, she helped form the Tides Foundation, which addresses environmental and social concerns, and was its chairwoman for the last 12 years.

Save the Children USA was formed in 1932 to help children in the Appalachian mountains during the Great Depression, and modeled on the Save the Children Fund which had been established in Britain in 1919.

In 2020 proponents of QAnon attempted to co-opt the hashtag

#SaveTheChildren, leading to a temporary block of the hashtag on Facebook.

Q claimed to be a high-level government official with Q clearance, who had access to classified information involving the Trump administration and its opponents in the United States.

apply for access specifically relating to atomic or nuclear related materials ("Restricted Data" under the Atomic Energy Act of 1954). The clearance is issued predominantly to non-military personnel. In 1946, U.S. Army Counter Intelligence Corps Major William L. Uanna, in his

capacity as the first Chief of the Central Personnel Clearance Office at the newly formed Atomic Energy Commission, named and established the criteria for the Q Clearance.

Uanna was in charge of security at the project's facility at Oak Ridge, Tennessee, and later at the 509th

Composite Group, which dropped atomic bombs on Hiroshima and Nagasaki.
After the war, he headed the Atomic Energy Commission (AEC) program to provide security clearances to its personnel, and developed the top-secret Q clearance. He later served as chief of physical security at

the State Department.

Uanna arrived with orders from Lieutenant Colonel John Lansdale Jr., the Manhattan Project's head of security, and a briefcase containing dossiers on members of the 393d Bomb Squadron, the combat element of the 509th Composite Group. Uanna had particular

concerns about Captain Claude Eatherly. The dossier indicated that Eatherly was a gambler, with an "emotional problem". The commander of the 509th Composite Grou was Lieutenant Colonel Paul W. Tibbets Jr.

After leaving the Air Force in 1966, Tibbets worked for Executive Jet

Aviation, serving on the founding board and as its president from 1976 until his retirement in 1987.

Founded as Executive Jet Airways in 1964, it was later renamed Executive Jet Aviation. NetJets became the first private business jet charter and aircraft management company

in the world. It launched its fractional ownership business in 1986 and became a subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway in 1998.

From 1949 to 1951, Uanna worked as an Intelligence Specialist at the newly established Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), where he wrote the

Office of Policy Coordination's (OPC) briefing manual.

Frank Wisner began his intelligence career in the Office of Strategic Services in World War II. After the war, he headed the Office of Policy Coordination (OPC), one of the OSS successor organizations, from 1948 to 1950. In

1950, the OPC was placed under the Central Intelligence Agency and renamed the Directorate of Plans. First headed by Allen Dulles, Wisner succeeded Dulles in 1951 when Dulles was named Director of Central Intelligence.

During the early 1950s, Wisner was the subject of FBI

inquiries in connection with his wartime work in Romania, including the claim that he had boned Tanda Caradja, daughter of Romanian princess Catherine Caradja during the war.

Office of Policy Coordination helped obtain visas for Nazi collaborators from Belarus — who were

believed to have facilitated numerous atrocities by the Nazi Germany.

Wisner worked closely with Kim Philby, the British agent who was also a Soviet spy.

Wisner was also deeply involved in establishing the Lockheed U-2 spy plane program run by Richard M. Bissell Jr.
