Over the past 12 months, I’ve gone from 4,000 followers to 104,800.

One of THE most underrated habits:

Walking.

Since January I've walked over 1,000 miles.

The results have been insane.

Here’s how such a simple exercise will change your life:
Walking improves cognition, which covers how you:

• Read
• Think
• Write
• Reason
• Remember

In short, everything from learning to decision making – it improves every area of your life.
The impact on happiness is insane.

You get exercise endorphins from a brisk walk. And you also see more nature, get fresh air, and work through problems.

If I skip walking for a few days now, I’m noticably more irritable and anxious.

Even 30 minutes a day elevates your mood.

THE most powerful journaling exercise:

Your end of year review.

But most people don’t know how to do one effectively.

Here’s a step-by-step guide for how to reflect on 2022:

(so you can hit your goals in 2023)
Most people think journaling is a waste of time.

...or that goal setting and reviews are for productivity junkies.

But the truth is we spend our lives bouncing between events - feeling like we have no control.

The secret is to pay attention 👇
Everything you do in life creates feedback. Data points.

Smart people use these to adjust their actions. By taking a few hours to reflect on the previous year, you can set principles for the next.

So here’s what we’ll cover:

Most people suck at writing.

But if you use these 10 writing secrets, I guarantee you won’t:

🧵
Write line by line

The worst thing you can be online is boring.

If you don’t vary sentence length, your reader will drown you out. So, use this trick:

Write your drafts line by line (h/t @sivers)

Make your sentences sing.
Rule of One

Most writers attempt to say too much.

But if you try to please everyone, you please no one.

Always use the Rule of One:

· One big idea
· One captivating story
· One core emotion
· One core benefit
· One call to action

Specificity is the secret.

I'm hoping santa will help me hit 100k by Christmas.

Once I get there, I'm going to start spreading to more platforms.

What should be my priority in 2023?
Time to spread Kieran Drew's love all over the internet.
.... That sounded better in my head.
