This is Alex Becker

he recently sold his company, Hyros, for $110m

let's breakdown his brilliant strategy and evolution to get here & how you can copy it 👇 Image
1/
many many years ago he got his start in ecom & also he had an agency

by being immersed in these two niches, he began very good at one thing, media buying.

but, he found an issue.
2/

Facebook ad attribution.... wasn't always 100% right

purchases would come from ads & not be attributed

and he wouldn't be able to fully tell which ads were REALLY performing the best

this would cause him (& others) to turn off ads that were actually profitable

You can own a SaaS company in just a few weeks

Here's how 👇
first - you need an idea

I already made a thread on how to get SaaS ideas that you can read below

Once you have an idea you need to build it

this is where everyone get's scared

"I don't know how to code"
"I can't afford a dev"
"SaaS is so expensive to build"

WRONG

ChatGPT is going to make me copious amounts of money in 2023

Here's how you can too👇 Image
1. Content Agency

I spend 4-5 hours per week creating written content for twitter and linkedin

you can offer content creation for these platforms as a service for cheap ($500/mo) and use chatGPT to fulfill the service
you can tell chatGPT "make me a linkedin post about building a commission only sales team" and it will

but maybe you're worried about quality

here's what you do

Day 0-14: All Ideation

Lots of ways to get ideas

here's a few different ways to get ideas
1. Microacquire

go on microacquire (dot) com and just scroll through startups and look for ideas that resonate with you

or if you have the capital - you could just buy one you like (I'm trying to do this right now)

If I had to start from ZERO

NO connections

NO audience

NO capital

NO skills

Here's what I would do:
1. Binge Sales YT Videos

be an information SPONGE

learn frames, objection handling, tactical empathy, pacing, etc.

30 hours a week for 2 weeks will be sufficient
2. I'd buy a few domains to send cold emails & warm them up in Instantly

then I'd do a sales nav search for "Founder" AND "Digital Marketing Agency" and filter to 11-20 employees and then filter to one individual state

this should narrow you down to a couple thousand
