1. Conspiracy theorist Dave Oneegs, a founder of “Aussie Helping Hands” is in court next month facing charges of alleged unlawful fundraising. So is Hayley Birtles-Eades, another person assoc w/ AHH. I’ve been looking into Hayley & uncovered some interesting information
2. According to a Whois search from March, website Aussie Helping Hands dot com dot au was originally registered to Hayley’s business “Beinc”. The Whois search says Beinc is a company. However the ABN listed is not for Beinc, it’s for a discretionary trading trust
3. A Whois search for the Beinc website lists a company called Love Jewellery Pty as the owner. However, that company was deregistered by ASIC in Feb 2020.

Woah! An unvaxxed employee has been ordered to pay his former employer’s legal costs of more than $8,000 after the Fair Work Commission said he acted unreasonably & caused his employer to incur unnecessary costs! (1/8)
This is a pretty rare decision. The FWC doesn’t normally order costs against a losing party or in favour of an employer, unless there are exceptional circumstances (2/8)
The worker, who’d been terminated because he was unvaccinated as required by Govt vax mandates, filed an unfair dismissal claim against his former employer. He was ultimately unsuccessful (3/8)

Avi Yemini: “I know I often crowdfund for other people’s cases, couple times for myself”. In this thread I fact check Avi’s claim that he’s crowdfunded only “a couple of times” for himself (1)
To set the scene: Avi / Rebel News have registered a dedicated URL for Avi’s personal crowdfunding - “AviLegalFunddotcom”. Surely that’s not necessary for someone who’s only crowdfunded “a couple times” for themselves? (2)
Campaign 1 - Sept 2020: Avi was arrested whilst at a lockdown rally. He was never charged. A week later, he filed a lawsuit against VicPol for alleged false arrest & assault. He ended up raising at least $100k in donations (3)

A “sovereign citizen” & convicted horse smuggler w/ a history of illegal & abusive court conduct has been fined $52,000 after breaching court access restrictions that had been imposed on her in response to her “uncontrolled abusive rejection of court procedure” 1/ Image
Sandra Anderson is an active pseudo law litigant. Her court history is WILD - criminal proceedings for intentional horse smuggling & attempts to seize court facilities to conduct vigilante proceedings against MPs, w/ herself as prosecutor & judge, to name a few! 2/ Image
In response to her “uncontrolled, abusive rejection of court procedure & Canadian law”, the Court imposed a no. of conduct restrictions on her. She was prohibited communicating w/ the Court & a penalty regime was put in place as a deterrent 3/ ImageImage

Former Coles employees who were terminated for not being vaccinated as required by Coles’ Vaccination Policy have FAILED in their attempt to make Coles pay them $6 MILLION dollars in damages! 1/
The workers, who were self represented, sent Coles a series of pseudo legal, “sovereign citizen” style demands for payment. The case dealt w/ the question of whether a statutory demand issued by the workers against Coles for the sum of $6,028,250 should be set aside 2/
When the Policy was announced the workers sent Coles a “Notice of Conditional Acceptance”, saying they didn’t consent to the “alleged COVID vaccine”. They sought info about the vaccine & gave notice of various fees Coles would be charged incl a $2m “fee” for “compensation” 3/
