You also want to make sure to keep your mouth less acidic
Do that by:
Avoiding processed foods, especially refined sugars
Eat more fruits, meat, seafood, vegetables
Aloe vera juice mouthwash
Drinking more water
Oil Pulling
I STRONGLY recommend you filter your tap water or drink spring water (some may still have super low levels of fluoride)
Either a distiller/reverse osmosis system is your best bet from clearing your water from fluoride based chemicals
If your health is failing you, odds are it's because you've been lied to
Band-aid solutions or, worse, straight up damaging "advice" is what the sick care system, government health officials, and Big Food screams about all over social, tv segments and anywhere you look
