I've ordered the #MISmartband6 product through #MI App as per the details below. The product was not working after 2 hours. It was neither charging nor switching ON on the first day itself.

I've rushed to the near by MI Authorized service centre "RITHU COMMUNICATIONS" located in Thirumanalam - 625706 on 30-Dec-2022. They have taken the product for checking.

They have asked to wait for 2 days and finally accepted for replacement on 02-Jan-2023. (Delay due to new year holidays as communicated to me).
The replacement booked by the service centre and product was received to them on 04-Jan-2023.

The details of the replacement order are as below.

The service engineer opened the packaging and confirmed the product and handed over the replacement product. I've checked the product at home

The new product also didn't switch ON and was not charging. I immediately communicated the same to the service engineer over phone and handed over the product by next day on 05-Jan-2023. Service centre ppl has not given any tracking no. or acknowledgement

After facing this, I lost the trust on #MI Product #Quality. Both the product packing was done on Oct-2021. But currently the product is being dispatched to customers after 1.3 years without any quality check. Even if MI is going to provide the replacement,

I don't think quality will be ensured by #XIAOMI #MI again. Hence, I don't need replacement and kindly refund the amount as I don't believe in the quality of MI products as of now.

I've received a call from Xiaomi to visit the authorized service centre for the replacement product on 12th Jan. But they asked to wait for a day for checking the product before delivery. On 13th Jan, service centre has told that the 3rd time replaced product
is also defective and not switching ON. But they didn't commit further abt the solution. This time the product is packed on Jul-2021. Waiting for the reply. But in the mean time, the product is de-listed from MI Home website. Atleast a +ve step from MI to stop further frustration
My Humble req to @MiIndiaSupport @Xiaomi @XiaomiIndia @s_anuj @hawkeye @atytse..
Kindly refund my money or give me the option to buy a different product instead of replacement.
