After a two month investigation, I am convinced Trump's party stole the House. They didn't hack ES&S voting machines as many have insinuated. Successfully hacking our electronic voting system would require government level talent and resources. The Mueller report and Reality
Winner's leak lay out in excruciating detail exactly how to hack an election electronically. That was 2016 and was a one time effort. Our government reacted and patched the holes that allowed the GRU in and Putin backed off. That's when Republicans picked up the torch, but their
feeble attempts at electronically hacking the 2020 election were detected and thwarted. Tina Peters' story in Mesa County Colorado is a good example.
yahoo.com/entertainment/…
A similar attempt in Georgia was also detected. salon.com/2022/05/13/geo…
washingtonpost.com/nation/2020/10…
Republican ineptitude and federal intervention combined to make the 2020 election "the most secure in history."
Biden's win cemented the Democrat's belief that any discussion of election fraud was detrimental to their cause. "Election integrity" became a buzzword for election deniers and the Democrats didn't want anything to do with it. The very subject became taboo, which is a valid
point. They feel any accusation of election fraud weakens Americans' belief in democracy itself. That's exactly why Trumpers do it after all, and was Putin's long term objective when he helped Trump win in 2016. But ignoring REAL election fraud will also end democracy in America.
So how did Trump's operatives steal the 2022 midterms? They did it the old fashioned way; tampering with paper ballots at the precinct level. Trump and the Russians know about precinct level election attacks. A few votes changed (or deleted) in key precincts are difficult or
impossible to detect. That's why Manafort passed precinct-level internal polling to Russian intelligence. news.yahoo.com/ex-trump-campa…
But as previously discussed, doing what the Russians did in 2016 is no longer an option. The focus changed from voting machines to states that use #HandMarkedPaperBallots.
Step one is replacing "normal" Republican election workers with Trump operatives, which was accomplished by
the massive, focused attack on election workers. reuters.com/investigates/s…
The attacks worked, creating a huge, nationwide shortage of election workers. COVID exacerbated the problem, scaring older, experienced volunteer workers away. newsnationnow.com/politics/elect…
Experienced, older workers were replaced in most cases with younger, inexperienced but well-intentioned workers, many of which had never done the job before. These workers, including me, became greeters and clerks, the nice folks that set up the polling place, sign you in, check
your ID and hand you a ballot. There are two normal ways to become an election worker, you either volunteer or you are drafted, like jurors. Drafting happens only when there aren't enough volunteers to run polling locations. Draftees are almost always completely
inexperienced no matter their party affiliation. This is a good time to discuss party affiliation as it pertains to poll workers. State laws require workers of both parties to be present at every stage of the voting process.
COVID and Trump's army of goons created a prefect storm of inexperienced election clerks and greeters, and vacancies in the key "inspector" position that could be filled with MAGA operatives. Inspectors run the show at polling places. They show up early in the morning
with the blank ballots, pens, ballot boxes, instructional posters, the disabled voter voting machine; virtually everything except the voting booths. They tell the clerks, most of whom are relatively clueless thanks to Trump and COVID what to do. When I was accepted as volunteer
back in August I took the job very seriously. I passed the on line training program with flying colors, not missing a single question on any of the tests. I also took it upon myself to do a little extra credit work by intensely studying the actual Election Manual. I
may have been a first-timer, but I had all but memorized the precinct level voting procedures. Months before the election I noticed something in the manual that diasgreed with a statement on the county's website. The website states "Every time voted ballots are handled, the task
is performed employees of differing political parties." But the same county's Election Manual, which apparently almost nobody reads, says something completely different. I can't quote it directly because the manual has been removed from the election commission's website but in
essence, because of COVID concerns about having two people in the same car, it overode the policy on the website dictating that two employees of differing parties be present at all times whenever voted ballots are handled. Ballot transfers were now to be solo operations,
conducted by the precinct election inspector, in my case a MAGA Republican. This discrepancy so alarmed me that I contacted the commission by telephone and was told my concerns were unwarranted because the ballots were transported in containers with tamper proof seals.
Any attempt to open either the midday cardboard ballot transfer box or the main metal box would be easily detected at the counting center by the violated seals. I told the commission employee it still bothered me that a single person would have access to the ballot boxes in
the privacy of their car. It seemed odd to me that unmasked election workers and voters were allowed to be in the same room for over twelve hours, but two people couldn't be in the same car for the ten minute trip from the polling location to the counting center. I was a
warranty fraud investigator for Mitsubishi back in 90s and was good enough at my job to be promoted to the position of national warranty manager. I began to smell a rat. When something doesn't make sense in matters of money, or in this case political power, there's almost always
something nefarious going on. At Mitsubishi it was inordinately high out of the box failure rates on our hugely popular big screen TVs. This time it was a strange COVID policy from a county otherwise unconcerned about COVID. This brings us to the morning of November 8th, 2022.
The inspector - let's call her Pam because that's her name - arrived twenty minutes late. The four other poll workers and I had become more and more alarmed as the minutes ticked by and were worried we wouldn't have enough time to set up the polling location by 8am. Voters had
begun queuing at around 7am, the time we were supposed to begin setting up. Pam unlocked the door of the location and we unloaded the banners, blank ballots, ballot box pens and the rest of paraphernalia that it takes to operate a polling location. Pam explained away her late
arrival by telling us her garage door wouldn't open. She attempted to calm our fears of not being ready to open the doors to voters at 8am by telling us that she was an old hand at this, and as a matter of fact she was so good at her job that she had been recruited, reluctantly
on her part, to fill the inspector position by a full time commission employee. I vaguely remember Pam telling us something like "I didn't want to do this, but they begged me and I finally gave in." At this point I didn't know whether Pam was a Democrat, Republican or Whig, but
in the real world, if a new hire -volunteers are paid temporary county employees - showed up twenty minutes late for work on their first day with a story like that I would have fired them on the spot. This wasn't a Burger King, it was a polling location in an election that
would determine control of the House. Pam's nonchalant attitude made my fraud concerns go from yellow to flashing red. Was she really so stupid as to not be able to get out of her garage for over twenty minutes, or was there a more plausible reason for her late arrival?
The quiet "because of COVID" unpublished rule change allowing single person ballot transport had started my experienced fraud detection antennae tingling, but Pam's late arrival and her implausible explanation, coupled with the fact that she went out of her way to tell us
she didn't want to be there had them vibrating at maximum, and we hadn't even begun setting up. As inspector, Pam would be the person transporting the voted ballots to the voting center during both the midday ballot transfer and after the polls had closed. As stated previously,
at this point I didn't know Pam's party affiliation, but I knew I didn't trust her. When someone goes out of their way to tell you something you don't really care about, as when Pam told us she didn't want to be an inspector, in my experience they're almost always lying.
Pam did seem to know how to set up a voting location and we were ready for voters at 8am. Early in the day I began to suspect Pam was a Republican when an elderly white male voter began protesting loudly about his polling location having been changed to such a crime
infested neighborhood. He wasn't the first to complain about the polling location being changed, which happened after Biden won this district - Nebraska's famous "Blue Dot" in 2020. Redistricting by the GOP controlled state legislature assured that would never happen again - but
he was the loudest. He wasn't troubled by the inconvenience, he was claiming to be terrified of coming to "the most dangerous neighborhood in the country." His speech was absurd for two reasons, it was his neighborhood after all, and his old voting location was literally
across the street. Secondly, the neighborhood, while diverse, is not dangerous at all. I know bedside it's my neighborhood. It was also the other workers' neighborhood and at least one became visibly upset as his crime speech continued. The number one GOP talking point in the
run-up to this election was that incumbent GOP rep Don Bacon's Democratic opponent, @TonyVargas, was soft on crime. Voters had endured months of ads accusing Vargas of being soft on crime.
The voter's tirade mimicked the attack ads, and constituted electioneering in both my and at least one other co-worker's opinion, but Pam did nothing to stop it. The manual states that if electioneering occurs, the person should be asked to stop, and if they continue, be warned
they are committing a misdemeanor and the police will be called to remove and arrest them. Pam witnessed the entire speech, which appeared staged and contrived IMO, but did nothing to stop it. As a first time pollworker I didn't feel it was my place to do anything. The man
eventually made it to a table to complete his ballot, but the crime diatribe continued off and on for at least fifteen minutes.
At this point I was convinced Pam was a Republican, and discussions about who should initial the ballots confirmed my
conviction.
Around noon Pam started scheduling lunch breaks and suggested I combine my lunch and dinner break and leave for an hour and a half, which I did. Soon after my return I noticed she was counting voted ballots, *by herself* at a table near the back of the room.
This was a clear violation of the rule (law?) requiring two people of differing parties to be present whenever voted ballots are being handled, so I stopped clerking and politely asked if I could help. She said I could and we finally agreed on a count that matched the
total in the voter book, 444. At one point she showed me a voted ballot with checkmarks instead of fully filled in ovals and told me it would be rejected and made a comment about how stupid some voters were; they couldn't even follow simple directions. Our job was to count
ballots, not examine and evaluate them.
Next she completed the midday ballot report placed the 444 ballots along with some voter voided ballots into the midday ballot transfer box, which is nothing more than a flimsy cardboard box, similar to the boxes reams of paper come in.
She applied the seal, which we had both signed, to the voted ballot transfer box. Almost immediately she realized she had omitted placing the midday ballot transfer report in with the ballots. I was about to suggest calling the elections headquarters to find how to proceed,
when she simply peeled off the seal, inserted the report and reapplied the seal. The entire operation couldn't have taken more then ten seconds. The seal wasn't at all difficult to remove, left no residue on the box and wasn't damaged in the removal or reapplication process.
It appeared to be something she had done hundreds of times. She knew it was possible to remove and reapply the seal, so she simply did it. For Pam, tampering with ballot box seals was part of the job. This occurred litterally inches from my eyeballs and she must have noticed
the look of astonishment on my face because she smiled and said, "Don't worry I'll press harder this time" and gave the undamaged, reapplied seal a few extra rubs. I knew something very bad was happening, and that I was right in the middle of it. Pam was about to
head out the door and into her car, all by herself, with an unsecured box of 444 voted ballots. I was sick to my stomach. Do I have proof Pam tampered with the ballots? Of course not. The nonsensical "because of COVID" rule change allowing single person ballot transfers ensured
her complete privacy. The seals that aren't really seals, the lack of GPS or time tracking, ensure nobody could prove whether or not Pam had accessed the ballots. Anyone still following this seemingly never-ending thread might say, "Yeah but if she tossed some Vargas ballots
the ballot count in the voter book and on the midday ballot report would be off." But that's not how it's done. If our MAGA warrior's mission was to flip the House for her lord and savior Trump, she wouldn't need to toss ballots. All she would need to do is *overvote* ballots
containing Vargas votes. By simply filling in another oval for Bacon or another candidate, running for NE02, neither vote would count. You can't flip a vote on a paper ballot, but you can void a vote for a candidate you want to lose by overvoting. If after the election the voter
checked online to see if their ballot was accepted, they would see that it was accepted, but they wouldn't know their vote for @TonyVargas has been stolen. When I discussed this with the woman in charge of election procedures on the election commission her response was
- and I kid you not - "Where would she get the pen?" I thought she had to be joking but she was indeed serious. I told her the inspector arrives in the morning with a box full of pens for voters to use...to vote. This is the same
person who told me they have been using the same seals for years and are aware of the fact that "sometimes" they don't work. She told me several factors determine whether the seals will work or not, including humidity and the age of the cardboard box.
So the county is well aware of the fact that their "tamper proof election seals" aren't worth the paper they're printed on, and further admits they've been using them for years, and that they have no intention of replacing them with seals that actually work.
This is the same non chalant attitude I got from Pam, but this time from the person on the election board in charge of election procedures and I assume election security. When I asked her why it didn't bother her that the seals don't work, she told me she trusted her workers to
act in a nonpartisan manner. So forget about padlocks on the ballot box, tamper proof seals, double verification entry to a windowed counting room under constant video and observer surveillance. In Nebraska, election security is all about trust.
Believe it or not, as the day progressed, things began to spiral even further downward. A uniformed, armed, bullet proof vested, white male Omaha police officer appeared at our sign in table, but we couldn't find him in the poll book. As stated earlier, this was happening a lot
because of recent gerrymandering, so we offered to help him locate his correct polling location but he declined. Instead he decided to just hang out and chat with his childhood friend - you guessed it - Pam. I swear I'm not making this shit up! He sat down at a table reserved for
voters who preferred to complete their ballots sitting down, meandered back to the kitchen area where Pam happened to be and discussed things like the sale of his family house. His presence made me uncomfortable, and I knew it was illegal. Only poll workers, voters in the
process of voting, people - usually relatives of an elderly voter - assisting other voters and registered observers are allowed in a polling location. The cop was none of the above, he was Pam's friend. He eventually left and quite a bit later I mentioned to another worker
how strange it was to have a uniformed policeman wandering about the place for so long, but at least he has finally left. "No he didn't, he's right outside." He eventually came back in, telling us he had decided to complete a provisional ballot which he did sitting at a table
in the middle of the room instead of using a voting booth like most if not all able bodied voters. By the time he finally left for good it was dark and the line outside was gone.
Anybody that follows politics knows that placing uniformed policeman outside a polling
location in a diverse neigborhood is one the oldest, most racist ways to suppress minority voting. Having them inside as well is pretty much unheard of as far as I know, but nothing about this day was even close to normal.
According to the election manual, the polls close
at 8pm, but anyone in line at that time must be allowed to vote. That wasn't going to be a problem at our location because voting slowed as the evening progressed - Omaha shuts down b early, especially in the winter. We still had voters coming in every so often, but there was no
line after around 6:30. That meant we could lock the doors and start breaking down the location right at 8pm, but Pam was in a big hurry so she had us start breaking down booths, taking down posters, folding and stacking tables at 7:30, despite the presence of voters. We were
breaking down voting booths on either side of a voter as he was voting. He must have felt like the guy at bar trying to finish his beer while the stools are picked up and slammed on the bar on either side of him. But it worked, Pam knew her stuff and ran the expedited closing
like a Marine drill sergeant, so we were ready to lock up at 8:15. When packing up the main ballot box I sheepishly asked why only one of its two doors was zip-sealed but my question was ignored. The metal box was supposed to have one seal and a padlock up until the midday ballot
transfer and two seals thereafter, but had remained completely unsealed all day. At least one on the doors was sealed as it went into Pam's car, meaning she again had full access to the second batch of ballots on their way to the counting center, and could apply the second seal
in the car. Election security in Douglas County is all about trust anyway, who needs seals?
Shortly after 8pm Pam circulated the ballot count certification sheet for all the poll workers to sign. When it got to me I noticed that the ballot count had been left blank. The
form had already been signed by at least two other workers, despite being blank. I said something to the effect of "Do you guys know you just certified a ballot count on a blank certification sheet? Did you even read what you just signed?" I got some mumbles in response and
told Pam I wouldn't sign it until she filled in the ballot count, which she did, and then I signed it.
Despite having locked the doors at 8:15, Pam had us sign a time sheet saying we closed up at 8:30, as a thank you for our hard work. We would get a few unearned dollars in our
paycheck, but more importantly, Pam would get 15 minutes of unaccounted for alone time with the unsealed ballot box yet again. Supervisors falsifying time records for the benefit of their employees is a sleazy and unethical way to curry favor and is a form of embezzlement, but
falsifying the departure time of a ballot box transfer to the counting center absolutely screams election fraud.
Two days ago I recieved samples of three different types of tamper proof election seals. The kicker to the story is that Douglas County isn't using defective tamper proof seals, they're using plain old paper stickers without tamper protection. Pam had no trouble defeating the
seal because it wasn't a seal. These are tamper proof seals, and they work every time.
This is the type of "seal" Nebraska is using. Like Pam, I peeled right off the box and reapplied it. The sticker - it can't be called a seal because it isn't - wasn't damaged when I peeled it off, no residue was left behind, I was able to reuse it, just like Pam did with the
stickers Douglas County is using. This certainly looks like election fraud perpetrated by a county election commision, or at least members of an election commission. I know this is an extremely serious accusation, but I can't conceive how it could be anything else.
I believe General Flynn is behind this scheme. Trump's job is to scare away honest pollworkers, Flynn's is to replace them with "digital soldiers." talkingpointsmemo.com/edblog/flynn-r…

FOLLOWUP: It has been almost two months since the events described in this thread occurred. The only official response so far from the Douglas County is this curt "thank you for your service now go away" email from 11/14:
"Thank you for sending your observations. I believe you have gone into sufficient detail for our office to review what occurred. But we will contact you if/when follow-up is necessary.
Thank you for serving as an election worker."
The overvote scenario I described in this thread would be impossible to detect in even the most intensive audit. A few extra overvotes per precinct would have changed the outcome of the election. Bacon ended up winning by 4,692 votes. The election commission's website contains

There's a story in my local paper about a murderous, hammer-wielding QAnoner, but it has nothing to do with Nancy Pelosi.
A handful of billionaires have combined Russian and US hybrid warfare techniques to weaponize millions of vulnerable Americans. Jim Stewartson is the expert on this because it was his job to figure out ways to get people to move from their screens into the real world.
Michael Flynn, aka Q, calls these people his digital soldiers and has even trademarked the name. This is political messaging taken to the extreme. They don't want people to simply vote for their preferred candidate anymore, now they want you to literally murder the opposition.

This mini thread and technically horrible but extremely important video got virtually no attention after the fiasco that was the 2020 Georgia primary. And no response from the @GaSecofState.
I put up a similar thread a few days ago on the exact same subject which has now received almost 70,000 views. People are fired up about voting rights like never before. We need to keep this momentum going and do everything in our power to help the 11 million people without
driver's licenses get to the DMV and/or Social Security office, help them with intentionally confusing voter registration forms, help them with the computer and payment systems required to obtain certified copies of their birth certificates via Veri-Chek, and whatever else it

The problem is not just too few polling places that cause long lines. Another huge factor is grossly inequitable machine allocation. There are only so many machines available for each election. npr.org/2020/10/17/924…
Affluent suburban locations are grossly over-supplied while locations in the city are drastically under-supplied. This doesn't happen by accident. The Fulton County Board of Elections, which is technically controlled by Democrats, is rigging the system against its own party.
The machine allocation plan made absolutely no sense in the 2020 primary. 12 machines to sleepy affluent Milton cannot be explained away by incompetence or lower than expected turnout. They had to know those machines would sit idle 95% of the day while under-supplied locations

I registered to vote in Nebraska yesterday. I had to answer two questions:
1. Are you a US citizen?
2. Are you over 18?
No ID? No problem they just need the last 4 digits of your social.
It took me MONTHS to get registered in Georgia. It took a trip to the DMV, /1
a trip to the Social Security office, an application to the county I was born in and $27 to get a certified copy of my birth certificate, which meant I needed internet access and a bank account. That was supposed to take six weeks but there was delay. I almost gave up several /2
times during the process because I knew I would only be voting in the 2020 elections, but I persevered and voted for Biden, Warnock and Ossoff. I'm white and have a bank account and access to transportation and they came close to keeping me from voting. A disadvantaged person /3
