What was "all of the early data showing the shots were beneficial" that influenced you to get a COVID shot?

@ScottAdamsSays @MerriamWebster Looking back, my decision to not get a COVID shot was finalized by this excellent article from April 2021. By then, there was plenty of evidence to suggest that getting a COVID shot was a very bad idea, and not beneficial at all.
