$ATOM Prop 93 and 94 are live.

Prop 94 seek for funding for a Game of #NFTs event.

The event aim to test #Interchain NFTs features and build applications on top.

#Cosmos is an interoperable ecosystem, testing Interchain NFTs is crucial to unlock NFTs interoperability ⚛️

1/9
The #Interchain is an ecosystem of ecosystem, it is subject to multiple NFTs standards that lead to fragmentation, limiting interoperability applications.

NFTs are one of the biggest innovation and usecases for blockchains.

NFTs interoperability is a must have.
Game of NFTs is an event that will see the efforts of multiple #Cosmos ecosystem team joining to battle test the Interchain NFT standard and build applications on top.

Unlocking interoperability and new applications around NFTs.
Meaning that users will be able to transfer NFTs between blockchains, for example from Stargaze to OmniFlix.

This will also unlocks Interchain Services for NFTs opening to a new market that will attract more attention to #Cosmos
More details for the proposal can be found in the forum:

And in the following @cosmoshub thread:

Prop 93 seek to enstablish an Open-source funding policy for $ATOM

Meaning that Cosmos Hub community funding bodies such as the community pool will have to fund only open-source projects.

More details in the forum:
forum.cosmos.network/t/cosmos-hub-o…
So far the Cosmos Hub has always followed the Open-source Ethos, and this must continue also with the upcoming Consumer Chains.

Not only from an Ethos perspective, but also for security.

A closed-source consumer chain could act malicious and halt the Cosmos Hub.
Security is a priority for Chain that plan to offer Security.

For this reason Consumer Chains must be Open-source.

For the above reasons, Prop93 is an easy YES for me.
I will also personally vote YES for Prop 94.

Interchain NFTs is a technology that can unlock an enormous potential for Cosmos and new usecases and applications.

$ATOM funding the event confirm the position of the Hub as leader of the ecosystem in bootstrapping the #Interchain

I have to be intellectually honest, and I recognize that Adriana bring solid arguments in the $ATOM 2.0 discussion in a civil and detailed thread.

I still lean for a YES, because it has been clarified that is a signaling proposal.

But I also respect some of Adriana point.

I definitely agree with her on the conservative approach with multiple testing before any implementation, by verifying the real revenue generated by #ICS and slowly testing the results of the alloctor/scheduler.
Most of the NWV opposition seems focused on the Treasury/Council system, it's an understandable concern, being a big change to current model. I appreciate that @adriana_kalpa also proposes in her opposition an alternative.

The account that was intimidating me was a friend.

I will not expose him, because I will not act like him.

A friend creating an alt and attacking me like that, it really hit me.

Leaders of $ATOM One and 2.0 should chill, because the community is clearly over reacting now.
This is not a war, it's a governance proposal.

The more the leaders will have a fighting approach on Telegram/Twitter, the more the community will become aggressive.

They should offer an example of civil and constructive discussions.
It is shocking that people is really going for personal attacks and to hurt others community members, just to achieve the goal of winning the vote.

I never liked this meme, but touch some grass, seriously.

Prop72#

I'm oriented for a No, but I wait to see a deeper discussion and confrontation. The long timeframe of #Cosmos governance allows thoughtful decisions.

My main concern is the we have already @quicksilverzone that will likely leverage ICS

So why spend 150K $ATOM more

#Cosmos Hub and community did a lot for this ecosystem. I would like to see the main builders sharing that value back to the Hub, now that they can.

Asking an high amount of funds to launch something that is already coming by a free contribution, doesn't seems wise.
@ChorusOne (Quicksilver team) that is also a long term contributors of #Cosmos didn't asked for any funds from the community pool and yet is considering to apply for #Interchain Security and share value back with $ATOM
