Uppdateringen 09.01.2023 och lite mindre goda nyheter från Bakhmut. Under det senaste dygnet har orcerna avancerat till de första urbana kvarteren av östra Bakhmut.

Detta betyder att vi nu inte mera har en buffertzon utan nu är det aktiva strider man mot man. Eftersom vi försvarar så har vi fördel i urban miljö och orcerna kommer att bli slagna efter några kvarter, de har inte tillräkligt med manskap.

Däremot håller Soledar och vi har öppen underhållsroute nordväst om staden, bilden är tagen av Jonas V Matern igår.
Även Adviika och Marinka håller ut.

Jonas besökte hela östfrontlinjen och levererade materiel till 7 bataljoner/brigader. Jonas meddelar att det är aktiva strider, granatkastare och tunga kulsprutor, från Krasnahorsk upp till Soledar.

Däremot är ingen av bataljonerna särskilt nervösa utan lugna och beslutsamma.
Jag blev kontaktad av en vän till dronansvarige i bataljon 24 angående droner. De behövde brådskande droner så Jonas levererade 2 stycken för ett par dagar sedan.

Jag frågade Jonas om hans uppfattning om situationen Bakhmut-Soledar och hans svar var hårt men under full kontroll. Om våra soldater säger att de vet vad de gör så är nog deras ord mera att lita på än ngn mediautnämnd experts.

Så en korruptionsaffär som slutade i att staten beslagtog egendomar till ett värde av mer än 2 milj dollar. Tidigare utbildningsministern Dmytro Tabachnyks blev tagen på bar gärning i en korruptionsskandal och nu fick staten ett domstolsbeslut på att konfiskera egendomen.

Denna filur är även anklagad för högföräderi så han får nog skaka galler en lång tid ifall han inte utväxlas mot ett dussin av våra tillfångatagna pow.

10.01.2023 uppdateringsdags och nu är det en stor ryzka attack över Donbas frontlinjer. Orcerna har satt ”all in” och chansar på att inta Soledar.

Jag var i kontakt med en av mina grabbar i Soledar och han säger att orcerna bara väller fram och i princip stiger på sina fallna kamrater för att komma framåt. Dessutom bryr de sig inte om att försöka ta skydd, de verkar helt enkelt drogade.

Orcernas frammarsch har satt staden i en kniptång där gapet mellan spetsarna är endast 2 km. Frågan är nu vad vi skall göra, stanna eller retirera. Själva centrum har vi låst tack vare saltgruvorna och deras tunnelnätverk.

Polish Defense Minister announced the creation of a new division in the east of the country
