First witness being questioned by Amy's lawyer @LDBildy is sexuality and gender health expert Greta Bauer, continuing her testimony from October

Greta Bauer doesn't know for sure if Lupron is being used off-label for puberty blockade. (It is.) She doesn't know if most children whose puberty is blocked go on to cross-sex hormones. (They do.)

Bauer keeps repeating "children who know their gender identity." Bildy: even toddlers? Bauer: yes, even toddlers.

Bildy cites phenomenon of trans desisters who later in adulthood declare they're lesbian or gay, as outlined by Dr. Susan Bradley, Canadian psychiatrist who worked with kids with gender identity disorder. Bauer bobbing and weaving. Tries to imply that the phenom doesn't exist.

Bauer admits there's no control group for puberty blockade.

Bildy asks about surgeries for female-to-male (double mastectomies): in your study there were minors? Bauer: I don't have the exact ages. (Why the hell not?)

Bildy presents graphic photos of surgery -- forearms and arms splayed to harvest muscle and tissue for a phalloplasty (fake penis): have you seen any studies on the outcomes of phalloplasty? Bauer: no.

Bildy: is it transphobic to ask if children should have gender affirming care? Bauer: yes, if it's medically-recommended.

Panel allows introduction of the Cass Report as other international studies have already been introduced. Bildy reads passage from report outlining groupthink around affirmative care & health pros being pressured to go along. Bauer disagrees this phenom is happening in Canada 😱

(This entire tribunal is happening because Amy is being pressured to go along with affirmative care model and is threatened with license revocation if she doesn't. Just jaw-dropping lack of self-awareness on the part of Bauer.)

Bauer: I'm not seeing a politicization of nursing practice in Canada.

Moving on to autogynephilia. Bauer: it's a controversial hypothesis. Then a bizarre back-and-forth with Bauer admonishing Bildy for using "outdated language" and using the term "trans lesbians".

Bildy: someone who presents as male last year and this year wears a wig and large prosthetic calls themselves trans, are people like that women? For instance in Oakville, do you know-- Bauer: yes, I do. Findlay: I don't know. Please share image. 😂

Bastow calls Dr. Miriam Grossman for the respondent and will ask for qualifications. She is sworn in.

Dr. Miriam Grossman is a medical doctor with a specialty in psychiatry, focusing on gender-confused youth and their families. Bastow asks Grossman for her current clinical activity.

Barbara Findlay interjects to object to Bastow asking about her professional relationship to clinical psychiatry prof Dr. Stephen Levine, expert in transgenderism. She objected at the mention of Keira Bell's suit against the Tavistock in which Dr. Levine was an expert witness.

Bastow moves on to Grossman's many awards and speaking engagements. Grossman has such extensive experience that she can't remember specifically what she spoke about on various occasions. Findlay objects. Panel over-rules. Grossman continues.
