The founding fathers meant for Americans to have weapons of war to protect themselves. What happened to you is tragic but it doesnt override safeguard of the citizens— & given abuses of power we’ve seen in last 5 yrs its more necessary than ever.
And Illinois’ law isnt going to stand, @GabbyGiffords - you people taught us the value of #lawfare & we are using it to end your abusive, extremist, dangerous, anti freedom laws that disarm law abiding people & make them into victims- victims you use for political gain.
This law in Illinois, passed in the dead of night, against the will of the people of Illinois, threatening them with government violence if they dont give up their private property. No @GabbyGiffords this will not stand. The legal filing is ready to go, @gunpolicy is going win.
Americans arent going to tolerate your statist, totalitarian, dangerous, extremist, unconstitutional abuses of power any more, @GabbyGiffords - no more victims. #lawfare it is. cc @SenMarkKelly no more pimping victims for politics.

No, you lying ass clown, it’s because you’re a National Security risk who got caught having an extra-marital sexual affair with a chinese intelligence officer/spy while sitting on the intelligence committee.
And its pretty obvious @RepSwalwell that @RepAdamSchiff is being removed b/c of his pathological lying, his abuses of power leading the committee & his violations of federal law including leaking classified information & illegally targeting other Reps for investigation.
It was absolutely unethical & illegal to obtain @DevinNunes & Kash Patel & other’s phone records/calls, not to mention abuses of power during politically motivated impeachments.
You BOTH should thank McCarthy for not moving to EXPEL you from Congress, for Cause.

HUGE Update on @Polymer80inc v Garland Federal lawsuit against ATF!

I referred to this exact case as one of the cases i discussed in my previous thread on Fifth Circuit’s decision against ATF on bump stocks.
MORE ON THIS: @Polymer80inc has ABSOLUTELY NAILED IT in this filing citing the law that West Virginia v EPA addresses. ATF is going to be destroyed in this lawsuit.

Remember that Joe Biden often refers to himself as ‘Peter Henderson’- a fictional Tom Clancy book character known for being a US Govt employee who engaged in espionage selling secrets to foreign countries. Was Biden selling classified information?
For four years of @realDonaldTrump Presidency we heard the media, intelligence community & FBI/DOJ deliberately lie & tell the American public that Trump was connected to Putin. Now we find ‘peter henderson’ serving up highly classified intelligence filed at a CCP funded NGO.
It begs the question: is @JoeBiden guilty of committing espionage on behalf of the CCP? Take this new information in tandem with what we know about Hunter Biden’s chinese dealings & money he accepted through a high-ranking Chinese Intelligence official.

No, the rules are concrete and explicitly clear. I say that as someone with real life experience cleaning up top secret ‘spillage’, & helping FBI agents build cases to prosecute them.
Joe Biden had no declassification authority. It resides with the creating agency/entity. They were improperly stored & there is questions about his need for those documents & they clearly were not stored legally.
With regard to former President Trump, the documents were stored as they had been negiated to be stored w DOJ & Archives. And as President he was the ultimate declassification authority. Law says he can & does not need to explicitly in writing say so.

When i first heard @RepDanCrenshaw call twenty of his Republican colleagues "terrorists', my jaw dropped. While it was definitely a foolish & inflammatory thing to say because they werent knee-jerk votes for McCarthy, it's actually worse than what people are saying.
@BradenLOA put up a video talking about Crenshaw trying to walk it back. I want you to remember, just like Braden points out, that he's talking about members of the freedom caucus standing up for you and me.
Crenshaw and noted serial Liar and Propagandist Jake Tapper of CNN both call it quote "a metaphor' and that it was a 'sensitive thing to say'. That's absolute BULLSHIT and I'm about to tell you why. Braden did a good job of outlining it, but i want to point something out.

Time for a thread! Over this weekend, a lot of very important legal happenings have occurred, particularly in regards to the Second Amendment. #2A
During the last Supreme Court Session, the US Supreme Court wrote a landmark decision in the NYSPRA v Bruen (NY) case, and its well known. But another equally important but lesser noticed landmark case was also decided last term, and it is having earth shaking effects.
Last term, a case came before the US Supreme Court, where West Virginia sued the EPA for egregious changes to the clean air act that essentially rewrote the law with much tougher restrictions. This was done at the Biden admin's direction to directly target the WV Coal industry.
