After missing the postseason in 2021, the @Ravens have bounced back in 2022.

Baltimore made a BIG trade acquisition on defense midseason and despite battling multiple key injuries, the #RavensFlock journey to the #NFLPlayoffs has been nothing short of eventful.🧵 ImageImage
The Ravens rotated wins and losses in their first six games, going 3-3. But Lamar Jackson came out of the gates strong with 15 total TDs over that span.

He was named AFC Offensive Player of the Month for September.
Justin Tucker was still doing Justin Tucker things. @jtuck9 helped seal the game vs. Cincinnati… their Wild Card opponent this weekend 👀
Then came a 4-game winning streak, which started with a big divisional win vs. Cleveland. The defense and special teams came up HUGE.
In the middle of their winning streak, the Ravens pulled off a massive trade with Chicago, bringing in All-Pro LB Roquan Smith. He wasted little time making an impact 💪
The @Ravens defense was 20th in PPG and 24th in YPG before Smith’s arrival. During his time in Baltimore, the defense has been ranked 2nd in both PPG and YPG. 📈
Lamar Jackson suffered a knee injury vs. Denver in Week 13. But the defense stepped up and Tyler Huntley kept them afloat at QB.

J.K. Dobbins also returned from injury in a strong way down the stretch, averaging 99.3 rushing yards from Weeks 14-17.
Nobody could've predicted the Super Bowl run Baltimore had in 2012. Can the @Ravens repeat history a decade later?

Walter Payton was born on July 25th, 1954, in Columbia, Mississippi. As a child, he was involved with his church and Boy Scouts, which shaped his strong character.

He did not play football until his junior year of high school, not wanting to compete with his brother Eddie.

Once Eddie graduated, Walter agreed to play on the team and immediately became a star. During his senior year, his all-Black school integrated, and Payton’s athletic performance and sheer determination helped ease the tension around desegregation in his community. Image
