Why is the @DeptofDefense still trying to separate service members?

This Capt had decided to invoke his right to “informed consent” and “refused” to partake in the unlicensed EUA products.

He requested to “voluntarily” separate, but was denied so they could punish him.

We are thankful for @RepBrianMast and the 33 other Representatives who proposed this latest legislation to restore service members, but it would not cover those like this Space Force Captain who simply refused unlawful orders.

This would also fail to restore members who “voluntarily” separated like this @USMC Capt when threatened with the requirement to pay back all of her training and get as “punitive” of a discharge as possible with the “misconduct” code and stigma.

Accountability, restoration, and restitution are necessary due to the severe and blatant violations of Federal Law we detailed in this Whistleblower Report.

There must be an investigation into these willful and known violations to restore trust.

Lastly, it is good to finally see that @CDCgov and @US_FDA are beginning to investigate the serious harms caused by these jabs, but this is too little too late.

The VAERS and DMED safety signals were tripped long ago. We also sent this a year ago.
