Why were the Covid Mandates illegal?…

Because all jabs, masks, and test kits were/are experimental Emergency Use Authorized (EUA) and by Law - Title 10 USC 1107a - are required to have informed consent with the option to refuse without penalty.

The @DeptofDefense knew this, but still coerced us to participate in these experimental EUA products which is ILLEGAL.

@US_FDA @CDCgov @pfizer and @moderna_tx knew about this “Legal distinction” but still obfuscated the truth which allowed our @DeptofDefense illegally enforce these mandates.

We would love to explain this further before the HASC and SASC to provide further details on this illegal deception and enforcement.

I began inquiries to try and verify the authenticity of the “Comirnaty-labeled” products that were now only available in limited quantities at military bases.

The @pfizer staff were not even aware “Comirnaty-labeled” products were circulating: 26. I also contacted the @US_FDA, Defense Health Agency (in charge of the rollout of the jabs), Marine Corps COVID Cell, and my local military treatment facilities to see if they could provide verification.
