I use 5-10% above previous low.

I do prefer undercut of previous low for a Wyckoff spring style bounce but we will not always get that.

I believe this is one of the absolute best setups from a RR perspective.

Here we have a very nice transition reversal bar, and we have price rejection at same level before pop with volume.

There have been hundreds of these setups the last 2 months.
