Asinine and doubtful it survives a court fight, especially when the ridiculous bumpstock rule did not.
ATF thinks their rule is law, but it isn’t.
Also I’m not registering a thing.
I’ll discuss this in-depth beginning Monday and will be back at #SHOTshow this year.

The robber FAFO. It’s SOP to question in such incidents but if some aggressive lefty DA decides to persecute this dude I can think of a number of attorneys who will help him and no doubt self defense supporters will crowdfund anything else needed.
The guy shouldn’t have left the scene. No reason to complicate a clear self defense justification by leaving, but the way criminals are celebrated while the law-abiding are demonized in so many major cities makes reluctance he may have understandable.
Also, what did people would think happen when adopting the rot of “restorative justice” with activist judges who enable violent criminality and high recidivism with reduced penalties at the expense of public safety? 1/2

People criticizing this aren't criticizing THE PROCESS. This dishonest narrative is being conflated with the complete lack of preparation ahead of producing a replacement and the conflation is designed to help those responsible dodge that accountability. 1)
People have zero objection to energized public debate. What they dislike is the the appearance of theater that may or may not be structured to advance politicians's interests and not the people's interests. 2)
One side says this isn't about who gets what, it's about making sure that conservatives are represented, another says some of those demanding assignments don't merit the position with experience thus far. 3)

I get that senior elected officials are expected to play host and nice when the potus visits their state -- but don't pretend that this bill was a measure of "bipartisanship" or in any way indicative of a healthy economy. There's nothing to celebrate here.
I'm tired of Democrats and their media using these turd sandwiches as a measure of "bipartisanship," too -- that measure is never applied the other way with conservative legislation.
People in Kentucky are no different from people everywhere else -- they're all being taxed beyond their means by Biden's econ proposals and runaway inflation. To celebrate this is a hideous optic, and any Republican doing so should feel deeply ashamed.

All the people saying Musk is “thin skinned” are literally the EXACT same people who were so thin-skinned over diverse thought that they pushed Twitter to suppress, suspend, and bam conservatives, so spare me the protest.
Imagine being so weak and pathetic in your own convictions and ability to defend them that your only recourse is to eliminate dissent, remove all challenge. It’s one of the most embarrassing hallmarks of “progressivism,” that and their absolute economic illiteracy.
Maybe I’ll feel more grace-minded in the morning, but right now all I want to do is pour a dram of Bruichladdich and watch the reckoning. 🍿

I've never seen a gay person thrown out of a restaurant but I have seen progressives run conservatives out of restaurants. Just ask @SarahHuckabee .

Nothing says "respect for marriage" like hosting a drag queen who performs for children and tweets things like this
And by "respect for marriage" I mean "The Persecution of People of Faith Under the Guise of Doing What Obergefell Already Does Act."
I wonder if the drag queen was invited to perform for the grandkids.
