People want to be too reductionist about Woke. They say CRT is about hating white people when it's really about hating everything because it exists. White people are just a scapegoated focal point for their rage against reality itself.
They hate existing and want someone to blame it on. It's a toxic development in Gnosticism pioneered in particular by Karl Marx and diversified since.
The general mindset is not having consented to be born into their lives, not liking their lives, and believing that if everyone else acted differently in a way that serves them then this wouldn't be the case, so it's their fault. It's a very infectious mind poison.
