Ronna McDaniel needs to explain who Digital Consulting Group, LLC is, and why the RNC paid $81 million in 2020 to a company formed just that year, which had no other federal clients, and what list was worth $23 million. 
The vast majority of the FEC forms containing the address in Wilmington DE where the checks went are unable to be pulled up at the FEC site. The Corporation Trust Co is registered agent. No website, no forms showing a Board of Directors. Smells like a shell corporation.
