Election contests are an important statutory tool to ensure accuracy in vote counting.

The recount showed some votes recorded by machines as undervote were erroneous (info @secretaryhobbs counsel knew but withheld at trial). Further, details on provisional ballot rejects suggest previously active voters had their provisional ballots rejected as “ineligible”. 🤔

@AbrahamHamadeh initially asked me to join his team upon my resignation. Exhausted, and knowing he has excellent legal counsel, I initially declined to take a significant role.

But after @krismayes targeted me by falsely and unlawfully planting a hit on me on @azcentral, it became clear that left unchecked, the new admin intended to abuse their power. I talk specifically about this with @JamesTHarris on @KFYI

I look forward to helping @AbrahamHamadeh prove he received the most votes & should rightfully occupy the AG’s Office.

Any AG that starts their administration abusing the office & lawlessly targeting political opposition like @krismayes did, doesn’t deserve it.
