Congress MUST pass @chiproytx’s SAVE Act now to close the NVRA Federal Form loophole!

More than 20,000 voters on the active voting list in Arizona have FAILED to provide documentary proof of citizenship.

That means they haven’t provided:
- a DL;
- a valid SSN;
- a Birth Cert;
- Passport;
- Tribal ID; OR
- Naturalization paperwork

A nation cannot survive if elections are controlled by foreign interests. In Maricopa County alone, there are almost 10,000 active “federal only” voters and ~12,000 inactive (total ~22,000).

Of those, ~5,000 are on the early voting list and receive a ballot by mail.

I suspect comparing against the voter registration is harder because those signatures have a line under the sig whereas the ballot affidavit was specially designed in ‘20 to have a clear target box so the signature could be scanned & sent to Runbeck for electronic comparison. Receipts:

The AZ SOS must accept candidate forms & petitions as a ministerial task.

Over the past few years, I’ve become jaded by people in positions of power abusing that power for partisan gain & further subjugation of the American people.

On 1/5/23 I was shocked when an outright lie was propagated by Arizona’s Chief Legal Officer, @krismayes, about me.
1/ For the past six months, I’ve prayerfully considered what legal actions I could & should take.

Pursuant to Arizona law, if I wanted to hold @krismayes & @AZAGMayes admin accountable, I had to file a Notice of Claim no later than today, July 4, 2023. So yesterday I did.👇🏼

While I simmer over how to fully respond to the lackluster "investigation" that begs more questions than it answers, let me just say a couple of things:
- Transcribing interviews is not an independent investigation.
- You can't find what you don't look for.
1/3 The gratuitous reference to "Sharpiegate" seems to imply voter concerns in '20 over bleed through somehow caused MC to deploy error-prone inadequately tested printers in 2022.🤔

The report feels like another victim-blaming, "you reap what you sow" lecture from MC.

No parent should be jailed for choosing a school that meets the needs of their kids.

When I was in HS, I too lied about where my parents lived to attend school - that was before AZ had open enrollment & #SchoolChoice

That’s why I’m an advocate for families like these 👇🏼 For context, I did not live with my parents in HS, but state law req’d me to attend the school in their district, which was on the other side of town. If I didn’t lie, I had no way to get to school and would instead have ended up a HS dropout.

As the lead attorney under @GeneralBrnovich who defended SB1260, I support clean rolls. Unfortunately, data now suggests statewide voter database (AVID) procedures coupled with ServiceArizona problems & possible over-reliance on ERIC may be disenfranchising LOTS of voters. 😕
1/ When voters permanently relocate to another state or county and intentionally register to vote in the new jurisdiction, the voter should not be entitled to remain on the previous jurisdictions active voter list.

When Fontes/MCRO sent the sig files to Runbeck for VerusPro in 2020 for “automated signature verification” - Runbeck also had the whole voter registration file to mail ballots, which includes party affiliation (to print, stuff, & mail primary ballots). 🤔 🧵
1/ According to emails between Maricopa & Runbeck, VerusPro assign signatures into high & low confidence batches based on an undisclosed criterion and threshold.
