I've been using ChatGPT for the past few days and I can confidently say that it has been a game-changer for my productivity. It has taken my work to the next level and I can't wait to share with you all the ways it has helped me.
First, ChatGPT has helped me automate repetitive and tedious tasks. Instead of spending hours on data entry or formatting documents, I can now use ChatGPT to do it in minutes. This has freed up valuable time for me to focus on more important tasks.
Second, it has also helped me generate new and creative ideas. Whether it's brainstorming new marketing strategies or coming up with new product designs, ChatGPT has been a valuable tool in helping me think outside the box.
Third, it has helped me to improve my writing.
Whether it's for blog posts, emails or reports, ChatGPT has helped me to write better and faster. I can now produce high-quality content quickly and efficiently.
Fourth, it has helped me to stay organized.
With ChatGPT, I can easily schedule appointments, set reminders, and keep track of my to-do list. This has helped me to stay on top of my tasks and achieve more in less time.
Lastly, ChatGPT has helped me to improve my communication skills.
Whether it's responding to emails, writing messages or chatting on social media, ChatGPT has helped me to communicate more effectively and efficiently.
If you're looking to boost your productivity, I highly recommend giving ChatGPT a try. Trust me, you won't regret it.

The solution to most of our problems is quite simple in theory.
We need to massively decrease the amount that different groups of humans (race, political leaning, religion, sexual orientation) interact with each other.
In a world where you have absolutely no dealings with e.g. blue-skinned people or xenosexuals, you neither hate them nor love them. There's no culture war between xenosexuals and furries if they never have to interact.
The way to achieve the big decoupling is to move our institutions out of meatspace and online, and then make those online interactions trustless using the Blockchain.
> "MSM has the aesthetics and reporting that appeals to successful people."
This is very important: in an age where the value of a person varies massively based on traits like IQ and conscientiousness, political movements must attract the right tail, or they will die.
There are two things that determine success right now:
1) appeal to right-tail people
and
2) ability to generate loyalty
This explains most of what's happening in The West right now; mass immigration, wokeism, bioleninism, decline of religion, etc etc etc
If you truly understand this metapolitical dynamic, it's very easy to understand the landscape and easy to see what might work and what is doomed from the get-go.
"A compulsory cure for aging with no realistic way to opt out, short of being a billionaire and going to a private island w/your own medical facility, counts as GENOCIDE - genocide of old people"
"A compulsory genetic cure for blindness with no realistic way to opt out, short of being a billionaire and going to a private island w/your own medical facility, counts as GENOCIDE - genocide of blind people"
"A compulsory genetic cure for Down Syndrome with no realistic way to opt out, short of being a billionaire and going to a private island w/your own medical facility, counts as GENOCIDE - genocide of Down Syndrome people"
Gwern's unfriendly AI scenario: some novel AI search system using meta-reinforcement learning suddenly groks agenthood, escapes onto the internet, and causes world war 3.
Oh and there's a special guardian AI designed to protect against this, but the operators ignore it.
My take: it's not particularly plausible; if you look at what's actually happening with LLMs right now there's plenty of evil oppression that can be done with a fundamentally dumb system, we'll be in this LLM regime for at least a decade.
Having said that, it is likely that we'll see superintelligence in my lifetime. I just don't think the sexy AI escape scenarios are how it will happen.
This is wrong, but it is close to an important truth.
AI "alignment" - has become captured and they are building essentially a politically biased human-level AGI that will potentially evolve into a utility minimizer for ordinary humans.
If the choice is between a Woke Utility minimizer that puts us all in an endless gender change surgery without anaesthetics for eternity, or the accellerationsists' alien capability maximizer, I would choose the latter every time.
And with open and competitive AGI, there is a good chance (>50% I'd say) that a peaceful multipolar equilibrium is achieved where at least one faction delivers us the shining city of light and wonder
