On FOCI’s proposed ‘Construction Bank of Nigeria,’ Asiwaju Bola Tinubu said, “You [FOCI] are the people that will subscribe to the ownership, we can only support it as a government in terms of policy… if you have a bond that has 30 years tenor, you already have a bank.”
Reeling out his background experience in the private sector, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu said, “I’ve been a treasurer of Exxon Mobil, I’ve been trained by Deloitte and Touché. I’m different. And this is what I came to market to you today.”
