Imma go for boosting crit ratio even more bc the moves are pretty accurate already. battle strategy: make strengths OP and don’t even bother compensating for weakness

every time this discourse comes up I need to remind people that suppressing, censoring, and limiting art does far, far more harm than anything the art contains. you can destroy minds while leaving bodies intact by limiting the imagination. the whole point is there’s no right way

every time I throw a pokéball in pokémon go I try to figure out the formula for how the parabola of pokéball trajectory is calculated
I think there’s a distance constant of how far the pokémon is and it interacts with a catch ratio that’s CP-dependent and likely species-dependent, and the difficulty multiplier of the shrinking target circle, and each pokémon must have a catch radius where a ball will activate
from there it’s a matter of capturing a few points on the touchscreen as the player throws and you can use a derivative to calculate a throw speed and combine that with throw path that gets interpolated on an imaginary z-axis to turn the 2D line into a 3D trajectory
