Feel like Hospital RIPAS needs an infopack for those not familiar with it

Would cover info & how-tos for:
1. Parking
2. Registration
3. Appointment
4. Medication/Pharmacy
5. Wards (Patients)
6. Wards (Visitors)

And then prob info for specific clinics/departments

People who don't go to RIPAS often don't seem to realise just how much time it takes? Every step takes time.

The appointment times may not mean anything (depending on the clinic/dept you're visiting). They operate more like rough slots for queue management

Not here to criticise how they run things - of course it could be improved, overhauled, etc etc.

But mainly I just see non-regular visitors being confused and the staff telling them, over and over - please register first, no your appointment time is not exact.

I was recently involved in two events where we made infopacks for volunteers and/or participants, smthg I picked up from my friends at @gdgbrunei and am told is also done for local runs. So useful!

Am esp. a fan of dynamic infopacks i.e. not static and can be updated quickly.
