After 4 months finally identified: A Pilatus PC-6/B2-H4 Turbo Porter that is/was operating in the #Sahel region: D-FIBE (hex 3D5E8E) owned by KIAS Airlines SARL. This aircraft can conduct aerial surveys (e.g. LIDAR). FlightRadar blocked all info, but not unfiltered ADSBexchange.
