Once sufficiently corralled, Reflexive Control w/neurolinguistic programming & memetic manipulation, the target demographic is entrenched in a cultivated projection, creating a hyperreal simulacrum n which target demographics then responds to as reality.
In essence, the aim is to fill the political radio with populist ideologues, entrenched in dogma, defined by some prescribed foil, expressed in dehumanizing language, unable to see common ground, unwilling to compromise.
