Here in lies a prime example of someone who is used more by words than a user of words. His argument hinges on the word “colluded” but the fact that this rebuttal rests on this word, demonstrates an ignorance to the fact that there are no laws criminalizing “collusion“ Which is to say, that 1 cannot be found guilty, or innocent, for something that is not designated as an actual crime. However, conspiracy is covered under criminal statute. Also, Mueller explicitly stated that it was not determined unequivocally that Trump did, or did ‘collude’.
