#Budget2023 | Finance Minister @nsitharaman said the following on the health front:
1. 157 new nursing colleges will be established in colocation with the existing 157 medical colleges.
2. 220 crore COVID-19 vaccines for 102 crore people given. #Budgetwithfe

3. A Mission to eliminate Sickle-Cell Anaemia by 2047 will be established. There will be screening of 7 crore people in 0-40 years age group in affected tribal areas. The government is on a mission to eradicate the disease, Sitharaman said. #Budgetwithfe
