Tabitha Hemphill, the woman charged in a home invasion on the 8500 block of W Catherine is in #BondCourt, she has 2 warrants, 1 out of Skokie and 1 out of Dupage County.

The 80 year old victim, does not know either and was recovering from prostate surgery. The victim heard a knock at the door and answered the door. That's when Wallace burst into the apartment. A physical struggle ensued and got his gun and fired a shot. The fight continued and
They struggled over the gun and shots were discharged.
Hemphill was grazed.
Wallace was shot in the chest.
The offenders took money and a watch from the victim.
Wallace was transported to the hospital by Hemphill and Hemphill tried getting into different doors.
Wallace has 13 felony convictions, 4 retail thefts for which he was sentenced to 40 months, 4 years for a burglary, 4 years for a stolen car and is on parole...and a whole lot more #BondCourt

He is not in court at this time as he's in the hospital.
He cannot be held on no bond as he's not physically present.
